Price

All prices are in $NZD and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax.

Delivery Policy

Products are available for delivery throughout New Zealand, for international orders please contact us for a quote.

Goods purchased from the website are dispatched the next working day and can take between 1-5 working days for delivery depending on the delivery address.

Goods are shipped via Mainfreight for the In-ground systems and NZ Post and Courier Post for the smaller items.

Once the goods have been dispatched, the receiver will be emailed a tracking number to monitor the goods progress.

If goods are delivered damaged, make a note on the consignment docket, take delivery and notify Airtime Hoops for a replacement.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Goods purchased from this site that are not of acceptable quality or are damaged upon delivery, may be returned for refund or replacement.

Goods must be returned with original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Payment

Airtime Hoops Ltd does not store credit card details, all credit card payments are handled by a secure, PCI compliant, third party.
